Are you looking for a warm place to walk and exercise as the weather gets colder? Please visit the ROC. We have Indoor walking, yoga classes and fitness room with free weights and strength machines right here. Every day, the gym is open for pick up basketball games and on Tuesday and Thursday nights, there are men's basketball games. Check us out and stay in shape!

We invite you to visit our gym and fitness room facility. The ROC is a recreational facility open to the public. Our caring and friendly staff is here to welcome and assist you in making your visit to the ROC an enjoyable one.

Our purpose: to offer recreational activities for the community in a safe place motivated to share God's love and truth.

Our location: Located at the rear of the church campus at 2700 Post Road (Route 1) in Wells, one-half mile from the Wells-Kennebunk town line.

Our facilities: a clean lobby, fitness room, full-size gym, locker and shower rooms.

What we can offer: a wide range of opportunities for recreation and socializing, including
