Our fitness classes and instructors are ready to work with you and get you in shape.

Whether you join Susan for Christian Yoga and stretching classes (See Christian Yoga tab) or just for indoor walking, you will leave refreshed and invigorated.

Fitness Class Fees:

Punch Cards equal to 10 classes may be purchased for $50.00($5/class). Classes may be taken on a drop in basis at $7 per class. Indoor walking is $2 per day.

Power Pilates

This class is the perfect blend of Pilates, stretch, and core strengthening that will help you burn calories and build muscle! This workout provides an incredible mind/body experience that will help you lose weight and completely transform your body!
