The
purpose of the Board of Trustees is to manage the activities of the Church in
two areas: financial and corporate governance. Accordingly, they provide
oversight, guidance, recommendations and encouragement in those areas
accordingly. This shall include, but not be limited to financial matters,
disposition or acquisition of real property and all procedures concerning their
corporate governance responsibilities.
